Salary - 25K Basic

Location - Liverpool

Nicholas Associates Group, a leading provider of engineering and technical services, is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Technical Support Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a newly established and thriving low carbon renewable energy and M&E building services business with increasing demand and growth plans.

The Helpdesk Technical Support Specialist will play a crucial role in adding value to the engineering services team by providing exceptional customer service and technical support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving calls from clients on new service and maintenance engineering needs
  • Entering said data into the software system
  • Liaising with internal operational and engineering teams
  • Maintaining accurate information for auditing purposes
  • Prioritizing tasks and building knowledge base to help optimize client feedback and operational excellence

Required skills and experience include:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn and understand new terminology to a basic to intermediate standard
  • Experience with CRM software or similar Computer Aided Facilities Management such as Concept Evolution is a bonus
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills
