As a Helpdesk Technical Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their engineering needs are met with efficiency and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Enter client data into our software system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Liaise with internal operational and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for auditing purposes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Prioritize tasks and build knowledge base to optimize client feedback and operational excellence.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to learn and understand new technical terminology and concepts to a basic to intermediate standard.
- Experience with CRM software or similar Computer Aided Facilities Management systems, such as Concept Evolution, is highly desirable.
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills, with proficiency in software applications and technical tools.
