About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at GRAHAM Group. As a leading Total FM provider, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log and manage maintenance requests through our Control Hub database, utilizing service software (IFS).
- Allocate works orders to our maintenance team and supply chain, ensuring timely completion and adherence to KPIs.
- Track job progress, implement escalation procedures, and report back to clients and contract staff on job completion.
- Upload and update asset information in the Control Hub database, and maintain paper-based systems as necessary.
- Perform general administration duties to support an efficient helpdesk service, aligned with GRAHAM Group's ISO management systems and Quality Control procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in a helpdesk or maintenance operations role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using service software (IFS) and other relevant systems.
