Business Development Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with key stakeholders in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent commercial awareness and proven experience in developing existing client portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect existing customer base to source new business opportunities
- Create and develop own portfolio of clients
- Cross-selling and upselling of products and services meeting monthly and annual targets
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customer base
The successful candidate will have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential. Knowledge of financial services/wealth products is desirable but not required.
The salary for this position is up to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and includes 28 days' holiday rising to 33 days after two years' service, plus additional benefits such as pension contribution and private medical insurance.
