- Support the Birmingham senior leadership team to drive business generation across sectors, key accounts, and specific pursuits.
- Develop and maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline, presenting intelligent analysis to cost centre leads.
- Facilitate the development of pursuit teams and approaches, supporting bid teams and contributing to written proposals.
- Identify strategic targets for Birmingham, develop pursuit plans, and hold key account teams accountable for delivery.
- Support key account plans and pursuits to drive activity and ensure priority accounts are linked to Birmingham brand plans.
- Identify growth sectors for Birmingham, translate market trends into campaigns, and ensure effective delivery.

Requirements
- Recognised professional qualification or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or business administration.
- Professional services experience, knowledge of the UK real estate and infrastructure markets, and strong copywriting skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate on their own initiative, prioritise effectively, and work at pace in a fast-moving business.
