About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Care Manager within our Adult Social Care department. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding adults referrals, triaging, and responding to risk, as well as providing information, advice, and guidance for referrals that need signposting to other partners and universal services.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues and other agencies, including Police, Health services, providers, and voluntary partners, to ensure the safeguarding of adults in Rutland. We offer a competitive salary of ££38,723 - £44,590 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career development and progression.
