This role offers a competitive salary range of £31,067 to £41,511 per annum, based on a 37-hour workweek.

  • As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for safeguarding adults' referrals, triaging, and responding to risk, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
  • Key responsibilities include undertaking strengths-based outcome-focused assessments of need, updating electronic social care records, and collaborating with agencies and partners.
  • You will also work in a solution-focused environment, empowering adults and their carers in safeguarding processes.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in working with adults who have care and support needs.
  • Knowledge of Adult Care Legislation and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and experience of effective record keeping.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously.
