Job Title: Children's Services Coordinator

As a children's services coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting families through assessments, direct work, and interventions that promote the health and development of children.

Responsibilities:
  1. Delivering support services, including direct work, group work, and same-day interventions.
  2. Working collaboratively with case management teams and other agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
  3. Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports in line with policies.

We are looking for a candidate who has GCSE-level education or equivalent and experience working with vulnerable children and parents in a community setting.

The ideal candidate will have a full driving license and access to a vehicle for work.

This role offers a competitive salary of $48,000 - $58,000 per annum depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the Children Act 1989 and Social Services and Well-being Act (Wales) 2014.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
