Group Leader Role:

We are seeking an experienced and caring Group Leader to join our team at Meithrinfa'r Enfys in Llanon. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities for a group of children aged 2-3 years, and promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering engaging activities that meet the needs of all children
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all children
  • Ensuring that all children receive equal opportunities and are treated with respect and dignity

Requirements:

  • Level 3 early years qualification or above
  • At least 2 years of experience working with young children
  • Fluency in Welsh or a learner who has reached Intermediate or Advanced level

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including paid holidays, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
