Job Summary

Hoop Social Work is seeking an experienced Familial Services Coordinator to join our team in Cardiff. This is a 6-9 month fixed-term contract, offering a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with families, conducting parenting assessments and providing support to children and their caregivers. You will be required to have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in the UK as a registered social worker, as well as being licensed as a CUBAS assessor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct parenting assessments and provide support to children and their caregivers
  • Develop and implement effective support plans for families
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children and families
