Job Title: Senior Mental Health Services Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Services Coordinator to join our team at Recruit 3. As a key member of our administration department, you will provide high-quality support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our mental health services, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Develop effective relationships with colleagues, service users, and stakeholders, utilising excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail when processing information and updating databases.
  • Organisation Skills: Demonstrate strong organisation skills, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

About the Salary: The salary for this role is £8,400 (pro rata of £21,000), with future progression to £9,000 (pro rata of £23,000).

About the Working Hours and Location: This role is available for 14 hours per week and can be worked from home or in a hybrid arrangement depending on your location.
