About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced Adult Mental Health Services Director to join our senior leadership team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of adult mental health services across North Wales, working closely with clinicians and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To contribute to the development of mental health services in North Wales, working with other teams to identify areas for improvement and drive change.
