Senior Support Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Support Team Leader to join our team in the Adult Social Care sector. This role requires a strong background in health and social care, with a focus on providing high-quality support to individuals with complex needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the service, allocating shifts, booking training sessions, inducting new colleagues, supporting with staff supervision, ordering medication, and assisting individuals with financial management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. All applicants and subsequent job offers will be subject to satisfactory DBS checks and references.
