Voyage Care: Senior Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Support Worker to lead our residential service in the Adult Social Care sector. This challenging role requires a strong background in health and social care, with a focus on providing high-quality support to individuals with complex needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day activities of the service, allocating shifts, booking training sessions, inducting new colleagues, supporting with staff supervision, ordering medication, and assisting individuals with financial management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. All applicants and subsequent job offers will be subject to satisfactory DBS checks and references. The estimated salary for this role is based on industry standards and takes into account the location and required skills and qualifications.
