Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising your shift to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop personalized care plans

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong understanding of care planning processes and be experienced in administering medication. Proven leadership skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively are essential. Additionally, you should be well-organized, IT literate, and have a natural ability to help make a positive impact on the lives of others.
