About the Role

Care UK, a multi-award winning care provider, is seeking a highly skilled Care Team Leader to join our team. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents, and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise your shift to ensure the highest standards of resident care are maintained.
  • Case manage residents, working closely with families and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care services.

We offer an estimated salary range of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive pay, excellent training opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
