Family Services Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Child and Family Support Worker and make a real difference in the lives of children and families in need.
About the Role:- Develop and deliver high-quality support services that meet the individual needs of each family.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and effective case management.
- Prepare thorough assessments and service plans that drive positive outcomes for children and families.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting in accordance with our policies.
- Provide transportation for children and families as needed, promoting accessibility and convenience.
- Degree-level education or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with vulnerable children and parents in a community setting.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Children Act 1989 and Social Services and Well-being Act (Wales) 2014.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
- A valid full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for work-related purposes.
