**Job Overview:**

About the Role:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality support services that meet the individual needs of each family.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and effective case management.
  • Prepare thorough assessments and service plans that drive positive outcomes for children and families.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting in accordance with our policies.
  • Provide transportation for children and families as needed, promoting accessibility and convenience.
Requirements:
  • Degree-level education or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with vulnerable children and parents in a community setting.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Children Act 1989 and Social Services and Well-being Act (Wales) 2014.
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
  • A valid full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for work-related purposes.
