About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Play Worker to join our team in Pembrokeshire. As a Casual Play Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in one of two clubs based in Haverfordwest and Pembroke Dock.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and young people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships. You will work closely with our team to coordinate and lead activities, ensuring that every child feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead play-based sessions for young people with ALN.
  • Work closely with volunteers to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives.
