Youth Mental Health Support Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dedicated Youth Mental Health Support Coordinator to join our team at Educators Wales. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful transition of learners with mental health needs from school to college, and supporting them into further education.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will have a Level 3 or above qualification in a relevant mental health or wellbeing subject, as well as proven experience of working with young people who have mental ill health. They should also possess strong administrative and organisational skills, including handling confidential information, and digital literacy skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of £26,842 to £29,380 per annum, plus a range of benefits including an excellent pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and on-site nursery provision.
- Provide one-to-one support to learners with mental health needs.
