As the first point of contact on the ward, you will be highly motivated and demonstrate effective teamwork and organisational skills. This role involves answering telephone queries, greeting visitors, data entry, filing patient records, and other administrative office duties.

You must have effective communication skills and good IT skills. Experience of working in the NHS or healthcare setting is desirable, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and ability to prioritise work.
