CV Library is seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of the Building Services team, you will provide administrative support to facilitate information flow between design and operational colleagues for ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will have a background in construction administration and possess excellent organizational skills. You will work closely with the Director to assist with forward planning of future projects and ensure Health and Safety protocols are embedded within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Manage inbox, emails, and correspondence
  • Ensure Health and Safety is embedded within the team and complete necessary H&S Audit documentation in conjunction with external consultants
  • Maintain accurate records and reports progress

This part-time role offers a competitive salary of £13 per hour, equating to an estimated annual salary of £26,944. Benefits include pension, 20 days' holidays plus bank holidays (pro rata), and flexible working hours.
