Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative support to the HR team, managing the employee lifecycle, maintaining staff records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and UK employment legislation.

Responsibilities
  1. Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    * Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Staff Records:
    * Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records.
HR Administration:
  • HR Inbox Management:
    * Administer and manage the 'HR Inbox' by addressing queries and escalating or forwarding issues to Line Managers.
  • Training and Development:
    * Coordinate and support staff training programs, ensuring completion of mandatory and role-specific training requirements.
What We Offer

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of £24,000-£26,500 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, free branded clothing, birthday holiday, parking, mobile phone for work duties and others.
