Job Title: Conveyancing Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to coordinate administrative tasks in our Residential Conveyancing team in Cardiff.

In this role, you will work closely with Fee Earners and clients to ensure smooth transaction processes and exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily tasks and prioritize activities.
  • Prepare and distribute documents and communications.
  • Update records and reports as required.
  • Support Fee Earners in resolving client queries.
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience preferably in the legal sector.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
