Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Residential Conveyancing team. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Fee Earning team, including preparing draft documents, updating clients/agents/solicitors, and ordering searches.

About the Role
  • You will provide day-to-day interaction with new clients and update clients/agents/solicitors.
  • You will take client instructions, check ID, source of funds, gift deposits, etc.
  • You will prepare draft documents and issue sales contracts.
Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience working in an administrative role.
  • Experience within the legal sector would be beneficial.
  • Friendly, helpful, and professional.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
Salary & Benefits

The salary for this role is between £22,500 - £25,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, company pension, discounted gym membership, and development opportunities with a strong focus on training and development.
