Job Summary:

Focus Resourcing Group is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant (Conveyancing) to join their Residential Conveyancing team in Central Cardiff. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administration and coordination support to the Fee Earning team, working directly with clients to ensure they receive exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities include day-to-day interaction with clients, taking client instructions, preparing draft documents, requesting mortgage redemption figures, ordering searches, and ensuring adherence to AML, client care, and compliance procedures. You will also provide support to the conveyancing solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably within the legal sector. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, maintain accuracy, and communicate professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and excellent listening and communication skills are also essential.
