Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

The successful candidate will have strong administration experience, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 and other IT systems is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include preparing papers and files, creating and updating records, booking meeting rooms, processing casework, and providing excellent customer service. Other duties may include working flexible hours and assisting with other tasks.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
