As a pivotal role in securing entries for UK and US award ceremonies, selling key sponsorships, and managing table and seat bookings, this position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The Role

You will excel at identifying decision-makers, developing relationships, and growing your network within the digital marketing and performance marketing sectors.

Your consultative sales approach, persistence, and strong rapport-building skills will allow you to handle objections effectively and close deals confidently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Secure award entries, sponsorships, and table/seat bookings for our UK and US award ceremonies.
  2. Build and nurture strong relationships with industry decision-makers.
  3. Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  4. Generate new business while nurturing existing client relationships.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorships and client agreements.
Compensation

£30,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE (on-target earnings) of £35,000 (pro-rata).

  1. 24 days holiday (increasing with service) + bank holidays (pro-rata).
  2. Hybrid working, 3 days in office and 2 from home, though we would consider a fully remote position for the right candidate.
  3. Working hours - 8.45 - 5.30pm Mon-Thurs, finishing 4.30pm Friday.
