Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Receptionist to join our Newcastle office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

The Role
We require a part-time (25 hours) Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, operate various systems, and maintain a professional atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Managing meeting room bookings, video conferencing facilities, and front-of-house services.
  • Compiling monthly reports for the office manager, highlighting client meeting room statistics and trends.
  • Maintaining a tidy and well-stocked reception area.
  • Ensuring secure delivery and distribution of items within the reception area.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work within a Service-Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators.

Requirements

Salary Estimate: £26,500 per annum.
