Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Personal Assistant to support senior management and ensure the smooth running of our office. As a PA, you will provide administrative support, manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, assist with report preparation, presentations, and correspondence, act as the point of contact between the office and external clients or stakeholders, coordinate office activities, and provide general office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Managing Director and senior management
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Act as the point of contact between the office and external clients or stakeholders
  • Coordinate office activities and provide general office support (filing, data entry, ordering supplies, communication, administrative duties)
  • Help with organising company events and meetings
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Administrator
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude
