About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales and Business Development Director (Healthcare) to join our team at The BD Guys. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth in the healthcare sector.

In this role, you will work closely with our existing clients to develop new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for identifying potential partnerships and developing strategies to capture market share.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and business development within the healthcare industry, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

A strong understanding of commercial principles and a proven track record of exceeding targets is essential for this role. In addition, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

As a Sales and Business Development Director (Healthcare), you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand market share
  • Leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identifying new opportunities and developing proposals to capture market share
