Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will bring energy, ambition, and accountability to inspire the team and achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, developing, and managing a sales team of around 15 people across retail, merchant, specification, and internal sales channels.

Key Qualifications
A commercially astute and articulate sales leader with proven experience in a Sales Director or similar senior sales leadership role, ideally within the bathroom or KBB sector. Strong leadership and management skills with a history of delivering results are essential. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
