We are seeking a talented Business Development Director to join our team in the Greater Leeds Area, with the option to work from home three days a week.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within grocery channels and be able to maximise return on investment and drive sales growth through customer development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Navigate multiple accounts across various departments
  • Develop strong relationships with customers
  • Adopt a 'more for less' approach to increase sales

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £65,000 PA, a car allowance, and bonus opportunities.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**

1. Increase sales revenue by 15% within the first 6 months.

2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, as measured by regular feedback and surveys.

3. Continuously develop and improve sales strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
