About the Job

As a key member of the HR team, you will provide guidance and support across the employee lifecycle. This role encompasses employee relations, performance management, policy development, and strategic initiatives.

  • Offer expert advice to managers and employees on HR matters, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Design and update HR policies to meet legislative and organisational requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers for recruitment and succession planning.
  • Manage parental leave processes and contribute to compensation reviews.
  • Support diverse projects, including diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

What You Will Receive in Return
