Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Administrator to join our HR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, producing reports, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will have experience in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data sources. You will also be able to flex your communication style to interact positively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Coordinate events and training programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Confident with HR administration tasks and data analysis
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
