We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Pertemps Managed Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our recruitment office, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to our recruitment team, including answering calls, conducting right to work checks, and managing candidate data.
- Ensuring that all pre-employment checks are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Working closely with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, confident, and have a keen eye for detail. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
