Administrative Support Specialist

At Concept, we're expanding our team to drive forward the most up-to-date Technology in Digital Signage, Audio Visual, and IT. We're seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide efficient and proactive administrative support to our Director of Operations for AV and Digital.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, including responding to emails, managing calendars, and maintaining organized workflows.
  2. Assist the Director of Operations with day-to-day administration, including coordinating events, meetings, and appointments.
  3. Support the PMO team with contractor onboarding, engineer bookings, and additional project-related administrative tasks as needed.
  4. Act as an executive assistant, managing sensitive tasks for senior staff.
  5. Contribute to team efforts by identifying opportunities for process improvement within administrative and operational workflows.
