Sales Executive Lead

Dahua UK & Ireland seeks a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Executive to lead the sales function, manage leads, and drive growth.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Inside Sales function, focusing on ROI management of marketing tactics.
- Qualify sales leads using BANT+ criteria.
- Support the sales team with effective campaigns and external agency liaison.
- Manage sales telephone lines, online chat, and emails.
- Qualify partner app registrations and ensure timely action.
- Track lead performance and optimize strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of inside sales experience, including prospecting and lead nurturing.
- Excellent telephone sales skills and manner.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Logical and structured approach with stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proactive attitude with pressure management skills.
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Motivated and strategic thinking with CRM expertise (Salesforce.com preferred).
- Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to travel for business purposes.
Compensation Package:
We offer an estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, based on market standards and considering the location in Maidenhead.
