Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Inside Sales Executive to spearhead our sales efforts in the UK and Ireland. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of inside sales principles, and the ability to drive growth through effective lead management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Inside Sales function, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to qualify and convert sales leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Manage sales channels, including phone, email, and online chat.
  • Ensure seamless integration with partner apps and CRM systems.
  • Analyze lead performance data to inform strategic decisions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of inside sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com preferred) is a significant advantage.

Remuneration Package:

This position comes with an estimated annual salary of £55,000 - £75,000, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as the company's competitive compensation structure.
