  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual lead generation goals as outlined in the sales incentive compensation plan.
  • Collaborate effectively with Business Development Directors to drive business growth and success.
  • Transfer accounts and client information to Business Development Directors efficiently.
  • Upsell client requests for the business unit when possible.
  • Provide regular sales activity reports to management.
  • Develop a client call cycle to achieve objectives and sales plans.
  • Stay informed about key competitors.
  • Sell the business unit's capabilities by leveraging the differentiation framework.
  • Identify and communicate sales opportunities for other business units.
  • Use Salesforce to manage internal communication and document territory and client information as required.
  • Be responsible for opportunity management and accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Maintain frequent contact with clients via email and phone to grow and expand business relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales executives from other business units to bring potential opportunities to their attention.
  • Apply social selling techniques and tools to reach clients through digital channels, sharing information about Lifelancer services, web conferences, industry meetings, and SME news.
