About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Administrator to join our team at NFP People LTD. As the primary owner of our Microsoft Dynamics system, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the system meets our organisational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance the functionality of our CRM system
  • Deliver meaningful reporting and maintain system integrity
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Partner with teams to get the most out of data

Requirements:

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to configure systems and train users
