Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise on the university's primary CRM system, Salesforce, and support the CRM Technical and Operations Manager in delivering this change.
- Handle day-to-day maintenance responsibilities, evaluate, test, and implement upgrades across the system.
- Utilize Service Cloud to implement a new approach for marketing and move student enquiries across the University to Salesforce.
- Support and develop other CRM systems in use at UAL, including Raisers Edge and Maximiser.
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in CRM system administration, including user support and training, implementing system upgrades, and managing system developments, testing, and releases.
You will have a proven track record of working in a CRM position that requires a knowledge of CRM policies, processes, practices, and system administration. Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Pardot is highly desirable.
You will be able to monitor, interpret, and report on data and metrics associated with CRM performance and have excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
