Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Legal & General Retail. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce, Alteryx, and RStudio applications.

You will serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment, ensuring that 100+ users have access to this cloud solution, which drives commercial opportunities. Your responsibilities will include handling basic administrative functions, such as user account maintenance, workflows, and routine tasks, to ensure accurate data, timely reports, and efficient system use.

You will also complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades, ensuring the safe and secure management of our data and mitigating any loss of important detail or data. Additionally, you will manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations, keeping information up to date and relevant, to enable the sales teams to carry out their activities effectively.

We are looking for a creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, who can work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements. If you have a proven track record as a Salesforce Administrator, strong data management abilities, and experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment, we encourage you to apply.
