About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated ICT Help Desk Advisor to provide exceptional technical support and assistance to our clients.

Location: Flexible

Salary: Competitive remuneration with an attractive benefits package

Job Type: Permanent, full-time position

Working Hours: Standard office hours with flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for users experiencing IT-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Conduct initial assessments of requests and strive to resolve problems at the first point of contact.
  • Assist in the ongoing enhancement and administration of corporate systems.
  • Document and manage the lifecycle of all ICT incidents, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the ICT service, ensuring smooth operations.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Office Products, particularly Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with daily use of keyboard skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Desirable experience in an ICT Help Desk environment.
