Workforce Operations Administrator

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for process improvement? We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team at Adecco UK Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Travel and Finance departments to manage the weekly Travel reconciliation process.
  • Review and enhance operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain current and future service standards across operational departments.
  • Support heads of departments in reporting individual and team KPIs across the workforce team.
  • Update and maintain internal systems and records, including data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication from our clinical workforce via platforms like AirCall and Zendesk.
  • Support the Director of Workforce through scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and project coordination.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Workforce department, sharing best practices and innovative ideas.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative/operational experience, skilled in data management and reporting (KPI analysis).
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), familiarity with AirCall and Zendesk, ability to improve processes.
  • Strong relationship management, multitasking, attention to detail, teamwork, time management, integrity, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
