Job Title: Workforce Operations Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Operations Administrator to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our workforce operations team, you will be responsible for managing the weekly travel reconciliation process, reviewing and enhancing operational processes, and supporting heads of departments in reporting individual and team KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Reconciliation: Collaborate with the Travel and Finance departments to manage the weekly travel reconciliation process.
- Process Improvement: Review and enhance current operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analysis: Support heads of departments in reporting individual and team KPIs across the workforce team.
- System Maintenance: Update and maintain internal systems and records, including data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance.
- Communication: Handle inbound and outbound communication from our clinical workforce via platforms like AirCall and Zendesk.
- Support and Coordination: Support the Director of Workforce through scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and project coordination.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across the Workforce department, sharing best practices and innovative ideas.
- Representation: Act as an ambassador for the organisation where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven administrative/operational experience, skilled in data management and reporting (KPI analysis).
- Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written), familiarity with AirCall and Zendesk, ability to improve processes.
- Attributes: Strong relationship management, multitasking, attention to detail, teamwork, time management, integrity, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
