Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team at Adecco. As a key member of our workforce operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Management: Collaborate with the Travel and Finance departments to manage the weekly Travel reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence: Review and enhance current operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Service Standards: Regularly review and develop current and future service standards across the operational departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Support heads of departments in reporting individual and team KPIs across the workforce team, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Handle inbound and outbound communication from our clinical workforce via platforms like AirCall and Zendesk, and collaborate with colleagues across the Workforce department to share best practices and innovative ideas.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Director of Workforce, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and project coordination.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven administrative/operational experience, skilled in data management and reporting (KPI analysis).
  • Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written), familiarity with AirCall and Zendesk, ability to improve processes.
  • Attributes: Strong relationship management, multitasking, attention to detail, teamwork, time management, integrity, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
