Account Growth Specialist

FixMyCar is seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to drive business growth through strategic account management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage delivery of contracts and align and coordinate across the organisation where needed.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve realistic sales targets, enable account growth, and increase ROI.
- Monitor, analyse, and feedback on sales performance/trends (data, insights) to proactively stay ahead of any risks to account.
- Evaluate and implement suitable processes to streamline and enhance performance.
The successful candidate will have a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working, holidays, and private medical insurance.
