Commercial Growth Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new opportunities for the sales of meeting, board, and training room integration projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Consistently deliver on-target performance against an agreed monthly margin target.
- Accurately forecast current month and 3 months pipeline of business opportunities including sales revenue and expected GP.
- Systematically target Corporate accounts using the 'Solution Sales Model', engage and profitably close all sales opportunities for product and services.
- Technical understanding of AV and VC equipment, functionality, and installation processes.
- Experience in Sales Management, Account Management, and Business Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.
- 22 days holiday & Bank Holidays.
- Pension.
- Opportunities for progression.
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
