- Business Development: Proactively identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and potential client needs to effectively position our services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and industry stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their fit-out requirements.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications to convert leads into clients.
- Crm Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and generate new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and project management teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably within the construction or fit-out industry.
- Strong understanding of the commercial fit-out market and client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
