Client Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Growth Specialist to join our team at SPECIALIST RECRUIT LIMITED. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing customers through the onboarding process, retention, and growth. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for additional business growth, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Identify opportunities for additional business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience and ensure seamless execution of sales and delivery processes
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales team management
- Ambition to forge a career in a commercial role within a growing private equity-backed business
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily
- Autonomous attitude and ability to work well unsupervised
- Competent IT skills, proficient in CRM/MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Likedin
